106th annual awards luncheon at the marriotT marquiS

This year the Broadway Association 106th Annual Awards Luncheon honored Victoria Bailey, Executive Director of the Theatre Development Fund (TDF) and Robert J. Kafin, Esq., Chair of the Times Square Alliance and a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP with the Visionary Leadership Award.

The luncheon began with an introduction from Cristyne Nicholas, Broadway Association Chair, and Dennis Swanson, Chairman Emeritus. Dennis then introduced Rosanna Scotto and Greg Kelly of FOX 5's Good Day New York, who presented Victoria and Robert with their awards. Actress Andrea Burns and Seth Rudetsky joined The Broadway Association for a special performance.

The Broadway Association, founded in 1911, is a not-for-profit business association devoted to the cultural and economic betterment of midtown west, which comprises the Broadway theater district. Our members include property owners, major corporations, hotels, advertisers, unions, civic associations, theater companies, developers, banks, law firms, airlines and publishers. The Association works together with other civic, cultural and business organizations and with the City to upgrade services in the Broadway Theater District, helping to foster the healthy climate that ushered in the development renaissance we currently enjoy.
